Microsoft Kaizala is an encrypted messaging app designed for instant communication, including the exchange of messages, images, documents, videos, and audio files. It prioritizes your privacy and ensures that your data is never shared with third parties. Your conversations are securely protected at all times.

Organizations around the world have widely adopted Microsoft Kaizala as their preferred professional communication and team collaboration app. With its highly interactive interface and a wide range of features – such as announcements, task management, surveys and polls, meeting scheduling, employee/customer feedback collection, attendance requests, quizzes, and more – Kaizala offers a comprehensive messaging solution for increased productivity.

Kaizala allows users to take advantage of built-in features such as 'jobs' for task management and 'training' for onboarding new employees with text and video instructions. It also facilitates seamless connectivity with extended networks and enables sharing of text, photos, data, and files. Organizations can engage with customers using broadcast groups.

Kaizala provides secure 1:1 and private group chats that can be tailored to internal work communication, customer engagement and feedback gathering through public groups, or professional interaction and networking using nearby groups. Its scalability sets a standard in large group communication by removing any limitations on group size.
